Mcnary 350 Ton Bridge Crane Skew Correction

BCI served as the primary contractor for this project, successfully completing 55% of the necessary work. The project involved addressing skewing issues on two 350-Ton Bridge Cranes, along with several additional tasks such as installing new drive wheel assemblies, replacing idler wheel assemblies on one crane, replacing the truck equalizer pin and bushings, and implementing a crane laser alignment system and anti-skewing system. Furthermore, our team conducted structural repairs and modifications to the bridges, replaced the bridge drive VFD’s, and performed thorough load testing on the cranes.
