Installed a brand new crusher, enhanced material handling, and upgraded conveyors specifically designed for the coal operation. Revamped the 200-ton coal bin to ensure optimal functionality. This project was successfully concluded within the designated two-week shutdown period, while also surpassing expectations by being completed under budget.
