Headgate Refurbishment at Brownlee Power Plant

At Brownlee Power Plant in Idaho, BCI successfully executed a comprehensive project that involved the meticulous removal of existing gate lifting rods, wheels, and bearings. With precision and expertise, they then skillfully installed new bearings into the existing wheels and sealed the gate with new seals. Additionally, BCI enhanced the functionality of the gate pit by installing new gate lifting rods and pins, ensuring smoother operations. As a testament to our commitment to excellence, we also installed all the necessary new fabrications, supplied by IPC.
