Grand Coulee Bridge Crane Replacement

Project Details

Work for this project includes the replacement of the Grand Coulee Dam Bridge Cranes for the Left and Right Powerhouse

BCI is the prime contractor on this project. BCI self-performed 80% of the site work and was responsible for work including:

• Management of Complete project including Crane Design and Fabrication Subcontractor
• Install/Removal of Left and Right Powerhouse Bridge Cranes (175 tons each)
• Included Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering
• Load Testing including a 350T tandem test

20% of the site work was subcontracted to Weeke Electrical and Automation. Crane design and fabrication was performed and EMH.
