Refurbish J4 Test Cell

18 truss sections were successfully removed and replaced in a 100’ diameter x 205’ deep underground rocket test cell. Our team designed and fabricated the necessary truss sections, while implementing a support system that allowed for the removal and replacement of one truss section at a time. The trusses were carefully lowered 200’ down into a silo through a 6’x6’ hatch opening, skillfully navigating through various interferences along the way.
