Project Details

BCI Construction is the prime contractor for this project.  The work at Pike Island Lock and Dam in Wheeling, West Virginia consists of concrete demolition, furnishing and installing hydraulic power units, installing precast concrete buildings, installing pipe and motor control center, electrical work, and grating replacement.
