The work under this contract includes rehabilitating the two 64-Ton gantry cranes at Mahoning Creek Dam. Also included in the work:

• Complete electrical and controls rebuild
• Lead abatement and painting of entire crane structure
• Replacement of all motors and brakes
• Replacement of Operators Cabs and Auxiliary Cab
• Design and Replacement of Windows on Cabs
• Structural Modifications to Crane
• Structural Repair on Main Hoist Bonnet Covers due to Excessive Corrosion
• Startup, Testing, and Commissioning
• Design and Installation of Level Wind Device on Auxiliary Hoist
• Rebuild of Auxiliary Hoist Gear Box
• Main Hoist (65 tons) Travel 60’; Auxiliary Hoist (15 tons) 160’
